The Challenge
The client had no automated way to detect, log, or escalate incidents triggered during Ansible playbook executions in AWS. Incidents were missed or manually logged, leading to slow response times and operational blind spots.
Our Solution
Musewerx deployed a CDK-provisioned AWS infrastructure linking CloudWatch Alarms → SNS Topics → Lambda Functions → ServiceNow REST API. Ansible playbook failures automatically generate prioritized ServiceNow incidents with full context and affected resource details.
